Getting RE Capital
I recently became a real estate investor and am looking for a loophole to where I can get some capital to flip houses. I do have access to a private lending company; however, they do not fund my deals 100%. Does anyone know if there is a company or way to get funds that appear as cash, but is more like private lending... I am hesitant to use hard money because of the high interest... Does anyone know how I can fund my deals 100%?
