Hi everybody, my name is jay,i'm 24 years old, from Arkansas, i'm a newbie didn't know much about real estate investing and i'm here to looking for a mentor who willing can teach me what they know, im very appreciated, and i'm willing work for free, dont expect anything in return, one agian im very very appreciated for someone who willing to help me.

First thing is to look at what skill sets you have to offer. 

Once you have this list you will know what services you can offer to make a mutual beneficial mentor ship. 

Get 500 business cards made and join your local REI Club and start networking yourself.

Everyone you talk to mention what you are and what you are looking for. 

NETWORK! NETWORK! NETWORK!

and when your tired of Networking, NETWORK some more.

This should at least get your ship pointing in the right direction.
