serious question

okay i have property that inherited that is currently in pre foreclosure.

i'm not planning on going through probate or anything like that (i dont qualify for a mortgage).so i was thinking is it possible to buy flip and fix?i know the things that need to be replaced.easy stuff.i'm no handyman.but a good 20k or less.can i flip this property even though i live in the property?any info would help out tremendously.i'm in miami,fl.i have yet to read a post on this.so i decided to give it a shot.what can i possibly have to lose?you can also contact me at [REMOVED]
