First Fix & Flip

Hi Guys,

I just moved to a new state and I'm looking to start my first flip ever. I was wondering if you guys had any pointers about how to choose the property, the numbers, how to find a good contractor to help complete the project, etc.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated

Thank You

David, there are a lot of good articles under the learn tab of the website that could help you answer some of these questions.   Numbers vary for every project, how to choose a property really depends on your criteria, and one of the better ways to find a good contractor is through word of mouth.
