I am a newbie currently searching for my 2nd property in Baltimore MD. Any advice or insight would be great. I have 60K to spend towards a place.

Are you looking to hold or flip?

If you're going to hold, go for a working class/middle class neighborhood. Newbies really should stay out of the rough areas.
