I recently asked someone what's the best way to go about starting in real estate if I have no money. They tell me that I should learn and get really good at finding and structuring deals. If I can do that then I shouldn't have problems finding funding. So my question now is , how do I find deals and learn to structure such a deal ? Any help would greatly be appreciated.
