Contracts

Hello all!

I recently down loaded some real estate contracts such as a purchase and sale agreement, assignment contract and an option to sell contract. Though the contracts are very well written It was recommended that I have an attorney review them before using them. I then proceeded to call a real estate attorney in regards to reading them over. The attorney asked me what I needed them for and I told him. He also proceeded to tell me that if I do more then five deals a year without a real estate license its deemed illegal. He also wasn't familiar with wholesaling properties. I was under the assumption that all real estate attorneys understood the investing side to real estate? How do I contact attorneys in regards to this matter? Thanks for your help!

Kind regards,

Anthony Johnson
