Hi BP i am looking for a mentor to help me get into flipping houses in the Los Angeles area.  i have my real estate license and i am currently studying property management.  

i am willing to pay if thats what it takes to assure you you are not wasting your time.

I want to be apart of your flipping project, simply just observing what you do, how you talk to vendors, how the process actual works in real life, not just in a book or a blog post.  

i will be a shadow, you wont be bothered.
