Properties in two different states
We are owners of a rental property in CT. We currently live in SC and is about to put another property up for rent in SC. Since buying and renting properties is the direction we are going we would like to create an LLC.
Are we able to put both properties under the LLC even though there are in 2 different states?
Thanks for your help in answering this question.
