Quick Evaluation
Hi all-
I'm new to REI and, like everyone, want to spend my time wisely.
Fortunately, I have access to some leads, however, I don't want to get bogged down in analyzing each lead in detail.
Is there a tool available to weed out the poor leads from those that require a deeper analysis? I'm also very much open to creating my own "analyzer." I would think purchase price, rehab estimate and ARV should be included but what else?
Thanks,
Chris
