Purchase Contracts help

How would I go about writing a contract to purchase an investment property? I have been dealing directly with the listing agent and have not used my own agent. Do I need an agent or real estate attorney to write it for me or I can I do it myself and just have an attorney look it over? Any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated. I am in Washington state and need to do this contract ASAP.

Thanks!
