Hello everyone, I'm new to the BP forums. Looking to buy a 2-4 unit multi family in the Boston area in the next couple of months. My plan is to rent the entire property out as passive income. Due to the nature of my current job I won't be able to manage the property myself. I'll have to go the route of PM. Looking for advice in the Boston area. Budget is roughly 500k. Looking mostly in the Dorchester/ Hyde park areas due to price. Thank you.
