Does anyone know what a typical LLC will cost to form (in total)? I live in NJ but am willing to set it up anywhere as I believe that doesn't matter, right?

"Cost to set up an LLC is $125 and is pretty straight forward and simple. After you set it up you also have to complete the NJ-Reg form which can also be done online."

You also should go to irs.gov for an EIN (employer identification #).
