Long time investor & BP newbie

I've been a real estate investor since 1996 and read my first "how to" book after I retired (was fired) from the last job I ever had to have.

With that said I just discovered BP and love it. I especially love the pod casts and listen to #108 almost once a day.

Has anyone ever made a guide for newbies or a suggested listening order for the pod casts?
