Hi everyone. I am an prospective investor with little (or no assets), and I have emnarked upon getting my feet wet via quick deeds! Also, sherriff repos in which you pay the taxes owed on the property and I believe you then take over the title? Has anyone done this, or atleast know how these methods of investing work? I am looking at maybe incorperating before taking on the task, do you think thats a good idea? I eager to hear your opinons on this.
