Building a Business Plan - How Should I Approach This?

Hello, Everyone,

I'm trying to get started in real estate through wholesaling and branching out from there.  I'm 25 and I've never built a business plan, but I've been researching it.  I figured a great place to expand my knowledge would be seeking guidance from the experts.
