I am looking to buy and hold a multi-family home with 2-4 units in the Buffalo, NY area. I am trying to find some tips on real estate agents or recommendations on agents in the area. I plan to live in one unit while renting the other(s). My areas of interest are zip codes 14213, 14222, 14209, 14208 or 14201. I am looking for something in or around Elmwood Village or Allentown. I am a newbie and am trying to utilize all resources to find tips, agents and deals. I would appreciate the help.  Thanks
