What might be the best option:
I have a 766 credit score and am trying to determine the best path between here, living in a house that I am renting, and owning commercial (66units is the goal).
Before now it seemed that was the way to go - 4plex owner occupied situation, move after a year. It's here that I'm stumped. I will not, at that time, have more than $15000. What sort of lender should I contact to move up Into a higher-unit complex?
I wonder if I should partner with an investor at that point. I would welcome advice.
