Real Estate Or business Attorney?

Quick question, but I'm sure the answer wont be. A group of us (4 people) are looking at forming an LLC. The situation will be will be 1 active member, 2 passive members and one manager. Regarding the operating agreement, should we use a real estate or business attorney to write up the doc.
