3rd Mailing And Feeling Great

Great news guys...I'm on my 3rd mailing and I feel great. My postcard base is 1800 minus a few addresses I'm looking to skiptrace. No solid deals but about 5 numbers I call every week to follow-up on. They say it takes a minimum of 6 mailings before you get your deal done so I'm glad to have made it half way through.

I had a bandit sign campaign that yielded absolutely NO calls haha after I tried to hire someone to do it by posting them along the interstate. So I'm going back to the basics and putting them in the residential intersections and a few Wal-Marts. (Any better suggestions would be appreciated).

My online presence has been so-so with a focus on generating a larger buyer list via a Craigslist campaign.  I saw an autoposter for sale but it was way too expensive (500-1k ish I think).

Started my Podio account but to attach it to my vumber hasn't been figured out yet.

Because my ultimate goal is to be a commercial owner I'm also looking into switching my brokerage from Residential to Commercial to build a better network/daytime job that can allow that full switch to being financially independent.

Any recommendations are welcome!
