Homesearch.com Way to slow and really NOT a good fit for investors

We won an  auction in January and it seems like a good deal  but, we still have not taken procession of the property. Homesearch.com customer service is horrible. When we call for an update on the property they  basically state that "we don't know"...What!? you don't know?). communication is also bad. Homesearch.com requires you to setup an account on there website but,no email updates or status are ever provided throw the site. In addition Homesearch.com also make you wait 15 days or longer BEFORE you get a decisions on weather  YOUR  your offer has been accepted in our case it took longer than 15 days .The entire process could take 5 months or longer. Lastly  if you have the time to wait then go for it but, if your an Investor, flipper or first time Home buyer I would advise you to look else were.
