Advice on how to complete my building project

I am a Nigerian and have passion for a real estate investment. I am in a full time job. I started out by acquiring a land and started building in a developing area in our country. The idea is to finish it and flip but it has dragged for lack of fund. Right now I need advice on how quickly one can raise money to finish it up without much hassles.  Innocent A.
