New to BP interested in 4plex units

I have been listening to pod cast for over a month now and learning a lot.  I live in the Seattle area on the east side.  I have a partner and we both work in the medical field.  Have had a little experience with rental but overall new to the field.  We are considering finding a 4 plex on the east side.  1 of us to live in it, while we rent out the other three units.  Seeking knowledge from anyone familiar with the area or have referral sources.  We have met with one real estate agent.  Next we need meet with a lawyer.  Any suggestions or referrals would greatly be appreciated.  Thanks Danny
