Finding Probates in Phoenix, AZ

I'm new to the real estate investing club. I'm located in Phoenix Arizona. I was told Probates are the best way to get started. I'm in search for these Probate properties in Phoenix however my question is what is the best way to find these Probates in my area? Also is Probating the best option to start in Phoenix Arizona?
