How's Las Vegas?

Hello,

I grew up in Las Vegas and am now looking to invest in rental properties there. Not sure what type yet, still researching.

That said, I have been following the LV market and it appears to be slowing down (foreclosures up, inventory up). 

Curious to hear what others are thinking about Vegas, especially current Las Vegas investors.
