Probates or absentees?

Hi my name is Andre, I'm new to investing in the south Florida area Broward County, I'm just wondering what to target probates or absentee homeowners around my area. I'm really into the whole selling for now so I can get my foot in the door, other things. I'm also looking for mentor and I can guide me in the right direction I really need it for my family. If anybody can help me let me know I just want to make it in the real estate investing. I always wanted to live free just like everybody else who doesn't want financial freedom
