Double closing contracts

So i just recently started my wholesaling business. I gained two cash buyers over two days. I had called my local real estate attorneys and they are investor friendly. I bought some cardboard boxes and made some bandit signs, i have not put them out yet. My question is when the motivated sellers start calling in and they want to sell me their house. Where do I get the double closing contracts from? Do I call my real estate attorney for them?
