Investors In Fort Worth TX

Hi BP peeps,

My name is Eric and I am new to REI but not new to a challenge, I would love to partner up with a Investor or 2 Here in the Fort worth/Dallas area.

I am a License contractor for Hvac, I do own/run a Hvac company here in the area and would like to take on a new challenge. Due to the fact that I was raised in a construction like family I have gained a lot of wisdom and  knowledge doing remodels, my dad and everyone of my 5 uncles are involved in home/apartment construction in one way or another, so I have a "crew" to do anything in a house that needs to be done.

I would like to find a investor to help fund  deals I find, I can get the repairs/remodels down to a GREAT price, so that we can make have BIGGERPOCKETS.
