100 + units

I am new at this my wife found this site I really like it
I rehabbed houses for a license real estate investor and
he made a boat load of money from what I did for him.

I know how to make a place shine! I have built commercial
buildings for a companies including condo's, hospitals,
and many other types of buildings. I know the business when
it comes to buildings to include single family homes.

I have now chosen to do this and I want to try to
get into multifamily units of 100+ but have no idea
how to get started. I would like to do a lease option but I really
do not have any money to start. I can take care of every-
thing else and  would like to find someone with a unit in GA.
that I could get started with.

Any suggestions or ideas, friends, or, releatives who
want to get out the business or just want to help someone
new?
