I am looking for a real estate investor in Oklahoma city

I am wanting to get in to apartments & house investing and I'm looking for some one that has the experience in that field. i all so want to be landlord and if anything i would like to partner up with some one so I can learn even more

i all so want to learn how wholesaling work only If need to have real estate lic

and i do have home-repair experience
