Looking for a realtor in Plano/Frisco, TX

I joined the site last week. Good to be here.

I'm looking to buy investment properties in Plano/Frisco/Irving/Mckinney areas in Texas and planning to buy/hold it for passive income. I want a single family or condo properties around $200K each. I will be financing it and rent it out. I'm looking for a realtor who specializes in investment property and property management. I see CCIM/CPM/SFR designations that indicate specialized knowledge in the area. Does it make any practical difference in choosing a realtor with those designations? Looking for some help with choosing realtors. Does anyone know realtors in the area who they have worked personally for their own buying and would recommend?

Thanks

Siva
