Las Vegas Title co.

I have talked to National Title Co. and Lawyers Title Co. and neither of them will do assignment of contract. They both will do double close (with full disclosure), but it is against their poilicy to do a "third party payout." I am also waiting for two other title companies to call me back. Does anyone know of a title company here in Las Vegas that will do assignment of contract?
