Hey everyone, It's been a while since I've been on the site. It feels good to be back with you all ! I started back in 2013 wholesaling and closed 1 deal. Really couldn't focus on it 100% because of classes and studies. I'm a college student and I graduate in May. I'm looking to jump back in the real estate industry VERY soon. A family member and I are in the process of purchasing our first property in the Milwaukee area. We are fairly new, so we are seeking some advice on how to pursing rehabbing the property and getting it sold !
