Hey BP!

I'm stoked and I just have to share the news. I just got off the phone with the owner of a RE investing/construction company who gladly accepted to show me the ropes of his business! I think I may have just landed my first mentor. One funny thing is, I started rambling about a duplex that caught my eye and how it could be a great monthly income generator if rented out only for him to say, "We only do flips, for now." What is even more great is that he offered to show me some of the houses that he is working on flipping right now. Also, that if I have any suggestions on homes to flip that he ends up purchasing, he will cut me in on a slice of the profits! 

For anybody trying to get their feet wet, do not be afraid to get in contact with people in your area. You will be surprised what others are willing to do for you.
