How to start flipping with no money?

I am a 22 year old entrepreneur who owns and operates a successful painting business. My dreams of flipping homes started when i was 17 years old. I have a passion for fixing things and restoring shabby things into the beauty they once were. I have a lot of general knowledge on rehabbing homes, and if it is something i can not do i know someone that can. I have many connections in my network of professional contractors.  I am at the point in my life where i seriously would like to get into flipping homes. The only problem is I have no idea how to get started and how to get the money for my first flip. Any suggestions?
