New investor. contractor?

Hi everyone! I'm a new investor here in Vegas and I'm closing my third property in  a week. It's a condo that needs rehab. It needs new flooring, countertops, rehab bathroom, paint, garage opener etc. I'm wondering if it is advisable to just hire a contractor or do all the sub-contracting by myself. I am looking to purchase a few more properties in the near future and I'm looking for a go to contractor, handyman, store, etc. Basically I need a team that I can rely on and will give me honest and fair investor pricing. Any suggestions or recommendations? I know there is no short cut to this and it's a trial and error process but I just thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. Thanks in advance.
