I need help I need a mentor

Hello,

My name is Josh I am a U.S. army veteran. My wife and I are trying to get started in real estate investing starting with wholesaling. However we aren't sure exactly what to do, we would like to this with the no money method as we are very tight with funds. Can someone please mentor us and help us get started and help us get our first deal done? I cannot currently pay you for help but if you want compensation for help maybe we can work out a deal that I could pay you with some profits from first deal?
