is there an unemployment list i can obtain?

Knowing how we live in the age of information is there anyway I can obtain or build an unemployment list as well. Im already learning how to build a probate list through the county clerk websites. I been searching online if there is a way, but couldn't find a way how to yet. (if possible) I use to skiptrace in Canada and I don't think there was away of finding if these people were working or not. we had to use other alternative in verifying employment. by the way I live in Houston texas, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

where and how can I obtain a list on people who are recently unemployed?
