Need help with time management.

So here is my issue, I am currently in the military, and starting my REI business all by myself. Time is the essance and with Military Obligations and my family life, I find myself crunch for times with sending out offers and getting information from my leads. I have gathered my buyer's list, and have a great system in place to find my leads.

Being in the militsry, timing is rverything, and I am use to having my day scheduled by the hour. 

So my question is, how does everyone manage their time and esure theres enough time to conduct your side hustle and also managing time for your family? I am very motivated and trying to make this work. Also, I don't plan on quiting REI, I believe that this is my opportunity to a better life for myself and my family. I NEED HELP!!!
