Cant get a return call from ListSource

I've read on these forums that if you contact ListSource and let them setup your account that they will give you a better price on the lists than if you were to create an account online.

With this in mind I called Listsource 2 weeks ago and was told no sales rep was available so they took my info and said they would have someone call me back. After 3 days with no response I call again and again get the same response.

As of today, I still hadn't heard anything. So I call Listsource again and tell them I've called twice before and have yet to hear back from anyone and that I need to set up an account.

Once again I was told they would call me back by the end of biz today and once again...NADA.

Anyone else had this issue? Are they making so much $$ that they can afford to ignore sales leads? It's getting frustrating but I keep hearing ListSource has the most current info and it's who I need to go with but after this experience, i'm thinking not!
