Money vs. will

Hi folks, so I just discovered this forum stuff.

The one million dollar question is: can someone with no money saved start a real state investment company?

The question may sound straight forward but I'm not sure how to approach this.  Will not having money of my own to invest, be a tell tell sign that real state investment may not be for me at this point in life?  OK, I'll leave this up for discussion.

Looking forward to some great advise and key insight from the pros.
