My name is Mike Williams, I am a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker on Long Island New York. About 2 1/2 months ago I got started threw contacts with Reo’s. Happy to say that I first deal of a package of 4 properties is going well. I am new at this and learning every day. I think this forum is a great place to learn, get and give advise. I am up to 4 great contacts. One of my contact is 1 or 2 link away max. from large bulk Reos packages. My first Question is where do I find qualified investors to purchase these packages? If anyone knows or who is please contact me.
