Hi,

Would like some recommendation on how to start out our investments. We took out a portion of our IRA money to pay for a Peak Potential REI, which is $30,00 and then we attended the Than Merrill and the Rich dad seminars before the check came. Which made us start to rethink the investment and decide to research bf dumping our money. which brought us to this site. which we are so grateful to learn about as its just saved us a ton based on all the expert comments posted on the Than Merrill inquiry. However, now I'm stuck between whether i put this money back or add to my existing and start investing into some properties. However, i will have to pay back within 60days or take the tax hit. Would love to get some feedback and suggestions on what an experienced re investor would do and how we can strategies to make this money back in 60days or risk it and make that money back in our real properties. thanks so much
