I'm doing so me preliminary research in some of my interested areas , and maybe I need to talk to a realtor , but I can't or am having trouble finding deals? I want to get started flipping out here and everything is so expensive!?! Am I not looking hard enough ? Should I look for foreclosures ? What strategies are thier for expensive markets??

Hey @Orion Walker - the trip was AMAZING - i learned a bit about real estate there, but nope - didn't buy anything. I hope to go back for a month - maybe this fall - to check out stuff in more detail. The main thing i learned: It's CRAZY expensive!
