I was referred to this site by a neighbor in thinking about getting into rental properties. Have no experience, but there's lots of information here. Don't really know where to start looking. Any thoughts?

Hi Clayton, and welcme to BP! I'm sure that some buy and hold folks will be on shortly, but The Ultimate Beginners Guide and the podcasts were great for me when I first got here. Browse the podcasts and see what suits your interests when you have some time, great way to train your mind just to think creatively regarding real estate.
