Hello, my name is Nick Williams . I just recently joined bigger pockets seeking advice as well as networking opportunities.

I've always wanted to invest in real estate, but from my understanding I would need a pretty significant amount of money. I'm now learning about wholesaling and Bird Dogging in the Baltimore area.
