Downpayment assistance in Massachusetts

Hello

I'm interested in purchasing a small multi (2-4) for my first investment. I plan to occupy for a couple years as I save for the next purchase. 

I was wondering if there are any state or federal Downpayment assistance programs going on now in my area.
