Hello all-
Not sure you can even call me an newbie, but anyways I'd just like to introduce myself. I'm in the Baltimore/Washintgton Metro area and looking to get start in real estate. I have a little bit of capital but I would like to take some time to save a bit more before purchasing my first property. I have a steady income and I project to have around 25K at the end of the year to start with. I'm currently renting and I've got no debt.
I'm looking forward to this opportunity and want to make the best of it. Any advice you guys can recommend to a newbie?
Thanks for your time,
"G"
