Newbie from L.A

Hello BP members!

My name is Sanaz Memarian and I am new to real estate investing. I am a senior designer in the L.A area and am currently interested in learning as much as possible about buying and holding rental properties as well as flipping houses.  My background in design has made me very interested in fixer uppers! I am diligently trying to soak up as much information as possible about different markets and strategies through all the forums and pod casts. I understand that real estate investing will bring as much as I put into it.
