Have access to premier lot…want to scrape and build duplex/triplex in hot Denver area.

Hi…I am VERY new to this forum and BP website.  I just flipped my first renovation project in the North City Park neighborhood in Denver.  While it took a LONG time and cost almost double than my partner/quasi- contractor predicted…I am walking away with 100% return on my investment.  Furthermore…I'm hooked on real estate!  (and one step closer to making it my full-time career)

I was presented with the opportunity to have first rights on a property in Whittier.  It's a total scrape and ideal for those really hot/trendy duplex or triplex I've seen popping up all over.  Trouble is….how do I find out how to find these builders?  I've googled…not very good use of my time it seems.  Anyone on this forum (living in Denver) that might have good advice?
